Todd McDonald

Todd McDonald is a United Church of Canada minister who lives in Barrie, Ontario. Throughout Todd’s 35-year career, he has worked to support the health, joy and excellence of faith leaders. In his own Canadian context, many communities of faith are seeking to find their way in a post-COVID culture and are anxious about their future. Some faith leaders feel like they are moving in a fog, not able to see and lead the way forward to a healthier and purposeful life as a community of faith. Conversations Worth Having (CWH) empowers faith leaders to have open-hearted and meaningful conversations with leaders and members. CWH recognizes that people have all the inspiration within them and through appreciative inquiry they can imagine a new future full of faithful possibilities and learning. 

Todd is most interested in working with faith leaders who want to learn the practices of CWH and fuel inspiration in those they serve - one conversation at a time.
